Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use all submitted logos, trademarks, photographs, illustrations, graphics, advertisements, and other materials.

If you believe copyrighted material has been used on Community Spotlight without authorization, please send a written notice that includes:

• Your name and contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work.
• The location of the allegedly infringing material.
• A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized.
• A statement that the information provided is accurate.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, Community Spotlight may, at its sole discretion:

• Request additional information.
• Contact the advertiser.
• Reject or permanently remove the advertisement.
• Suspend or terminate the advertiser's account.

Community Spotlight reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that repeatedly violate copyright or intellectual property laws.
