Advertising Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 7, 2026
Last Updated: July 7, 2026

1. Overview

These Advertising Terms apply to all advertising reservations, artwork submissions, proof approvals, payments, printing, and mailing services provided through Community Spotlight, a service operated by Southern Imprint Marketing.

2. Reservations

Advertising spots are limited and available on a first-approved basis. A reservation is not guaranteed until it has been accepted by Community Spotlight and assigned to a campaign.

3. Category Exclusivity

Community Spotlight may offer category exclusivity within a campaign. We reserve the sole right to determine advertiser categories, whether businesses overlap, and whether a category is available.

4. Artwork Requirements

Advertisers are responsible for submitting usable logos, photos, artwork, copy, contact information, offers, and design instructions by the requested deadlines. Delays in submitting materials may delay production or result in removal from a campaign.

5. Proof Review and Approval

Advertisers must carefully review all proofs. Approval confirms that all information is correct, including spelling, pricing, phone numbers, addresses, websites, QR codes, logos, and images. Community Spotlight is not responsible for customer-approved errors.

6. Payment Requirements

Payment is required before an advertisement is sent to final production unless otherwise approved in writing. Unpaid reservations may be released or reassigned.

7. Production and Mailing

Mailing dates are estimated and may be affected by print schedules, postal delays, weather, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control. Community Spotlight does not guarantee an exact in-home delivery date.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Community Spotlight provides advertising distribution services but does not guarantee sales, leads, calls, website visits, customer responses, or revenue for any advertiser.

9. Right to Reject Ads

Community Spotlight may reject, request changes to, or remove any advertisement that we believe is unlawful, misleading, inappropriate, offensive, infringing, or inconsistent with our standards.

10. Advertiser Responsibility

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights to all submitted content. Advertisers agree not to submit content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.

11. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Once a campaign has been approved for production, including after final proof approval and submission to print, all sales are final except where required by law or when an error is caused solely by Community Spotlight.
