Acceptable Content Policy

1. Overview
Community Spotlight reserves the right to review, reject, remove, or request changes to any advertisement, artwork, text, image, logo, or other submitted content.
2. Prohibited Content
Advertisers may not submit content that is illegal, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate for a community mailer.
3. Restricted Categories
Community Spotlight may reject or restrict advertisements involving adult content, illegal products or services, controlled substances, tobacco or vape products, weapons, gambling, political content, or other categories we determine are unsuitable.
4. Intellectual Property
Advertisers must own or have permission to use all logos, photos, trademarks, artwork, slogans, testimonials, and other submitted materials.
5. Accuracy of Claims
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that all offers, pricing, guarantees, testimonials, licenses, certifications, and business claims are accurate and lawful.
6. Final Decision
Community Spotlight has sole discretion to determine whether content is acceptable for publication.
